The Resilient Homes Program is dedicated to assisting homeowners in enhancing the flood resilience of residential properties in the Northern Rivers.
Since the events of 2022, we’ve prioritized our efforts around homes that were affected, ensuring families can return to their homes as quickly as possible.
To date, we’ve successfully completed six flood rebuilds and renovations. Throughout this journey, our focus remains on creating homes that are both flood resilient and durable.
We take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction, and local residents who have rebuilt their homes with us receive personalized guidance from the initial phone call to the day we hand over the keys to their beautifully renovated space.

Home Retrofit stream – a provision of a grant payment up to the value of $50,000 (GST inclusive) towards the cost of retrofitting and/or repair work of on the residential dwelling to incorporate flood resilient design and materials in eligible areas. Under the Home Raising and Home Retrofit streams homeowners are also able to opt-in to a co-contribution arrangement with RA if the cost estimate of works is more than the grant value. In this scenario, the RA will match financial contributions provided by the homeowner (co-contribution) up to a maximum 100 per cent of the available grant value.

From the initial stages, right through to handing the keys over to our wonderful client, we had the honor of renovating this home right in the heart of Lismore. The result? A beautifully transformed space that brings joy and comfort.
This home in the Northern Rivers region was impacted by the 2022 flood event. Our latest completed project, that we proudly finished knowing the owners are ecstatic with the outcome. The homeowners endured many stressful months, patiently waiting for the right builder and team to meet their high standards. We were privileged to be entrusted with this task.
